21st July 2013

Remember how we put a deposit down on the black TV bed from Forty Winks, well we popped in on Friday to put some more money down on it and after seeing it again...I hate it. I never loved it, but Pete managed to twist my arm. I asked him if he would be willing to change it and he too agreed that he didn't know what he was thinking when we first saw it. So we asked the question and was told to speak to the owner on Sunday, being today.

Because we had requested for the bed to be delivered early September, the Manager agreed to allow us to change the bed, which was such a relief. It would have been a no if we had wanted it delivered soon. Thank goodness!

So I ended up choosing the bedhead below, which comes with the base in the third picture. The colour I picked is the same as the colour in the photo. Pete hasn't seen it yet. He wants me to surprise him...lol...he will probably hate it.
