WOOHOO!
Home Loan was approved and settled last week and Authority to Commence Construction Letter was finally issued to MJH yesterday and by the end of the day MJH had our project on the construction list. I'm still in shock and can't believe this is finally happening.
We were informed today that construction will start within 19 days. I've never been so excited about the thought of seeing a peg or better yet a portaloo on our block of land. We cant wait to drive out to the block on the weekend to see if anything has started.

We finally got the good news we had been holding out for today! Our home loan has finally been approved. YEH!!!
Hopefully by the end of this week, all documents will have been signed and the ACCC letter sent to our builder so we can finally be put on the construction list.
So excited! Can't wait to start!
