Day 3 of the brickwork having started and the whole right side of the house has been done and the front right hand corner. Its looking really good. Pete got to see the brickwork for the first time today and he is really happy. If they keep going at this rate, the bricks should definitely be finished by mid next week.

Looks good, hard to believe how quickly this part of the process is. Love the colours, they look great. You guys will be in before you know what hit you.

How long does your supervisor think the build time will be? We are hoping to start soon
Hi Terrie, I hope so. We decided not to get the Alfresco concreted as we want to deck that area and beyond it. We thought it was a waste of $2,000 if we were only going to deck over it. We wanted to put the money towards something else. We are getting our driveway done after handover by someone else. We figure we could save about $4-$5k by not doing it with MJH. Our SS asked me the other day what date head office had given us and I told him 3rd November and he said "it should be finished a lot sooner than that", which I was excited to hear.
