So this week, we had our home loan submitted for approval and hopefully will have an answer early next week. We were hoping to have had some good news by now, but I guess these things take time.
We made a few minor changes to our Electrical Choices and recieved the Variation yesterday to sign off on. The total electrical came to $3,065.
Our tender was reviewed (what MJH call 'Tender Review') and have been advised that we have to pay an extra $2,000 because we have passed the 150 day build mark.
Don't you hate it when your waiting on exciting news and then the weekend arrives, meaning you have to wait an extra few days! Such a downer! Who would have thought that I would ever dislike weekends... I am kind of glad the weekend is here though as its been a pretty full on week.
